For our Bride and Bridesmaid lines, please refer to the list of Bridal Store Locations to find Jemma Jewelry at a store near you. If there are no stores carrying Jemma in your area, you may order directly from us.
PLEASE NOTE:
IF YOU RESIDE IN CANADA, ALASKA, HAWAII, US TERRITORIES OR ANYWHERE OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL US, your order must be processed by online order form, phone or fax. Our online catalog does not allow for multiple shipping options and will only process orders within the continental US.

2- COD, Pepaid Check or Money Order
We accept COD payments (money order or check) through United Parcel Service (UPS) shipping. You can also mail us a USD check or money order, and we will process your shipment when the funds clear. Please mail payment made out to "Jemma", 1239 Keniston Avenue, Los Angeles, CA, 90019.
Processing Time
Please allow 2-7 business days to process your order. If a rush order is
needed please make a request for the date you wish to receive your order by using the feedback form. You will receive a response within 24 hours to let you know if we can honor your request.Shipping
Jemma jewelry is shipped by UPS or USPS Priority Mail. At this time we are not able to ship to P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories.Shipping to Canada and International shipping is available; rates will be calculated according to your location. For International shipping availability and rates, please contact us for details before placing your order.

All Jemma orders are shipped in complimentary gift boxes.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase we will be happy to give you a refund or exchange (not including shipping costs) if you notify us within 10 days from the date your order was shipped. Please call us at 323-931-2772, 9:30am - 4:30pm, Pacific Time, Monday Friday to receive an RA number to write on the return form enclosed with your order. Orders returned without RA numbers will not be refunded. You are responsible for shipping fees and we suggest that you insure your package for your protection. Please note that custom orders are non returnable.Taxes
